Puppy Training

This program is setup to get your puppy off to the right start on becoming a great gundog.
What we focus on in this program?
Leash work, sit, recall, place, stay, intro to gunfire, confidence drills, exposure drills, intro to water, intro to decoys, exposure to other dogs, crate training, possible bird exposure, and more hunt focused training.
Recommended two month program
Dog Recommended Age: 4 Months plus
Started Gundog
$1700 per month
This program does require obedience training first in order to stay on track.
What we focus on in this program?
Finalize obedience, basic land marks, basic water marks, steady drills, working with other dogs, hold conditioning, memory drills, basic hunt simulation, basic upland drills, lost work, truck manners, boat manners, and more. This course will take you up to the dog being able to work on basic blinds, advanced memories, & casting drills.
Recommended 2 to 6 month program
Dog Recommended Age: 8 Months - 2 yrs
Advanced Gundog
$1700 per month
Advanced Gundog require obedience and the started gundog course prior.
What we focus on in this program?
Tuneup past skills from the started gundog program, basic blinds, advanced blinds, back casting, left / right casting, advanced memory drills, advanced hunt simulations, advanced whistle work, advanced lining drills, and the ability to pickup all types of game birds.
Recommended 4 - 6 month program.
Dog Recommended Age: 1 - 2 yrs old
What should I bring with my dog to training?
Less is more. We do not need collars, training gear, or anything else.
We feed Victor Pro Plus dog food, if you feed something else please bring food. We charge $10 more per day if you want us to feed raw food.
Only other thing we recommend, bring a dog bed for your pup.
